Key Areas of Responsibility:

The Lock and Access Control Apprentice position is an integral part of FlyLock Security Solutions and is key to the growth of the company. All Lock and Access Control Technicians must have the ability to work well in a high-paced working environment. The individual must work well as part of the team and independently from the FlyLock owner. The Lock and Access Control Apprentice position is a hands-on technical position geared for an individual who has a technical mind-set.

Customer Service:

Provide a high level of timely & accurate customer service.
Communicates effectively with the client to determine what services are needed.
Respond to general inquiries from customers/clients.

Operations Support:

Receive verbal instructions from Management or Clients/Customers.
Perform small projects as directed by Management.
Complete and submit paperwork accurately and on time.

Must Haves:

Must have a clear and valid driver’s license.
Mechanically minded and IT-savvy.
Ability to communicate at a high level with customers and management.
Ability to convey services in writing for both service calls and estimates into report form for invoicing.
Great work ethic.
Desire to continually expand knowledge base in the field.
2 years prior Security Solutions and/or Locksmith experience preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
